I had a pleasant stay at Misty Mountain. The Deluxe room I stayed in was very comfortable and offered an amazingly scenic view. The staff, from the doorman to the desk staff, made our stay very special. However, I had some frustrations with the incorrect Wifi password and the room's Wifi not being activated, which required multiple calls to resolve.

We enjoyed a balcony with stunning views of the forests and mountain ranges in the Idukki district. However, the lack of proper ventilation led to smells entering the room, and there were issues with garbage due to inadequate drainage facilities for bathroom water.
